Polana Plaza Hotel - Maputo

I had a fantastic stay with excellent value for my money. The central location made it easy to explore the area, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

Breakfast items could have included more fresh fruit options.

I had a fantastic weekend! The hotel is super centrally located, just a short walk to amazing restaurants and nightlife spots. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of tasty options. The staff really went above and beyond to help with recommendations and made me feel super welcomed. Plus, the rooms were spacious and comfy, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring!

Nothing is perfect.

The location of Polana Plaza was perfect for our needs. We were able to easily access everything we wanted to see and do in the city. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a modern design. We were very comfortable. The staff at Polana Plaza were really nice too ensure our satisfaction. They were always available to assist us, and even the manager was readily available to address any concerns.

The breakfast at the hotel was good, although it would have been nice to see a little more variety. We also felt that a dinner buffet would have been a great addition.

The check-in process was very slow and felt overly complicated, making me feel frustrated and causing lengthy delays. the parking situation was not ideal, with no ramp to help carry my heavy luggage to and from the elevator, which was a real hassle.
